Clerical Transport/Redemption Coordinator


This is an hourly position with a monthly incentive.

Job purpose


The primary purpose of this role is to answer phones and initial point of contact for redemptions of either personal property or units.

Duties and responsibilities


The following list of primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:


Promote MRS vision and Mission


Answer incoming phone calls.


Provide requested information, if able, to customer regarding their repossessed unit.


Direct phone calls to correct department/person if you are not able to provide answer for them.


Release personals and repossessed units to correct customer and ensure correct Client paperwork has been signed and dated and then uploaded into RDN and notify Customer Liaison if need be.


Quote fees owed by debtor, update RDN in office notes with amounts quoted for each fee owed.


Collect funds from Customer for unit redemption based on MRS and Client fee schedule.


Invoice Client for fees owed for debtor redemption, storage fees based on MRS and Client fee schedule and update from Client.


Print: Vehicle release to debtor, Personal Property Receipt, Condition Report and any Client specific redemption forms for redemption. Same paperwork for outside storage locations but fees are to be written on paperwork before emailing to lots.


Ensure pictures of each repossessed unit are downloaded in RDN. All 4 sides, the 4 corners, engine, dash, mileage, front and back seats, trunk and full vin number before releasing unit.


Upload personal property sheets daily and enter information into RDN under Recovery Tab additional information. List number of bags containing personals property and general description of items listed.


Comply with all office policies and procedures.


Basic administrative duties as necessary as requested by team leads or Managers.

Qualifications

Qualifications include:


Must be very organized and be able to multi-task on a daily basis.


High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Problem-solving and organizational skills


Ability to remain focused and composed while performing job.


Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.


Must be insurable to use company vehicle

Working conditions


This position required sitting, standing, walking and repetitive movements and use of mechanical controls, such as keyboard, are frequently required.
