HJF is seeking a
Bioinformatics Programmer Analyst II to analyze, design, develop, modify, test, and implement software tools and scripts to support analysis of bioinformatic data. Reviews user needs and requests and to develop bioinformatic pipelines supporting primary analysis of clinical, proteome and genome data. Participates in the development of and ensures adherence to project schedules. Develops custom scripts and applications, test applications, create software patches, and perform routine maintenance.This position will be in support of Gynecologic Cancer-Center of Excellence (GYN-COE) located at the Women’s Health Integrated Research Center (WHIRC) in Annandale, Virginia.
