Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in providing administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and ensuring our customers have a positive experience from their first point of contact.


Duties


  • Greet and assist potential customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, managing mail and packages
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Translate documents and communication as needed
  • Run errands as assigned in a company-owned vehicle
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization
  • Other tasks as assigned relevant to support business operations


Skills


  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in calendar management is a plus
  • Previous experience as a receptionist is advantageous
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of general office management procedures
  • Strong administrative skills to support various departments


Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Driver's License

  • Wage increase after 90 and 120 days, based on performance

Pay: From $16.00 per hour


Expected hours: 40 per week

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
