  • Community Presence: Travel frequently within a 45-minute radius to fulfill bond requirements, build your client network, and maintain strong professional relationships within the community.

What We Provide:

  • Full Support: We handle all advertising, licensing fees, renewal fees, and office space. Youll also have access to an administrative team in Springfield who manages payment collections, filings, and clerical tasks, allowing you to focus on building relationships and growing your income.
  • Comprehensive Training: Before you start writing bonds independently, you must complete a state-required class, pass the state exam, and observe a 6-month grace period (required by the state of Ohio). During this time, we provide hands-on training, so youll be fully prepared to handle cases on your own.

  • Location: Must be a resident of Ohio and live within 30 minutes of Washington Court House, OH.
  • Experience: Previous experience in bail bonds, the legal field, or law enforcement is preferred but not required. A strong background in customer service is highly valued.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Flexibility: This is a commission-based, on-call role with 24/7 flexibility. You determine your availability and how often you work.
  • Earnings: Commission rates are based on experience and performance. With our support, you have the freedom to grow your income according to your effort and dedication.

Application Process:

  • Additional Requirements: References are required. Candidates should be prepared for the training and certification process prior to actively writing bonds.
