Associate Project Manager

The Associate Project Manager assists the project management team with construction documentation and construction management of large-scale site development projects

• Perform takeoffs using Onscreen Take-off (OST) and gather pricing for estimates
  
• Review take-offs with estimating team
  
• Manage document control including change orders, billings, field production tracking, purchasing documentation and contract administration
  
• Prepare reports and information as requested
  
• Coordinate between branch administrative office team, field employees, sales team, estimating team and branch management on a regular basis
  
• Work closely with clients, vendors, sub-contractors and employees, ensuring exceptional customer service and quality at all times
  

• B.A in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Science, Construction Management preferred
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction industry with field/build experience
  
• Strong work ethic
  
• Effective oral and written communication skills
  
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  
• Customer service experience
  
• Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
