Summary:
Provides support to assist the Manager in establishing and meeting goals of the department at the Baptist Health Little Rock campus; participates in development of patient care programs, policies and procedures related to nursing care needs of patients. Assists in developing and implementing plans to provide nursing care. Responsible and accountable for leadership and management for clinical practice and resources of the nursing department on a 24 hour basis. Fulfills responsibilities of Manager in their absence. Implement Evidence Based Practice.
Other information:
Licensed in the state of Arkansas; Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree preferred in Nursing or appropriately related field.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
