Nursing duties in a cardiovascular clinic with one cardiologist. Includes triage, medication refills, drug prior authorisations, do EKGs, involve with stress testing and other cardiovascular tests that need nurse supervision, computer skills , familiarity with electronic medical records, HIPAA and OSHA compliance, willingness to provide compassionate care to patients.
We provide a profit sharing 401K as our major benefit which contributes 10% of your gross pay after one year of employment. We also provide sick time benefits that accrues at 1.5 hours per pay period ( every two weeks) The sick benefits count towards your doctor appoinments. The staff also receive two bonuses a year. Overall this clinic is big town cardiology in a small happy work environment. We employ enough staff so no one is over loaded with duties. Apart from the LPNs we also employ CMA staff that supports the two LPN.
