Tajen Trucking is looking for individuals with experience managing P&D routes for FedEx Ground Service Providers to join our team. Individuals must have excellent resource management skills and be able to balance the administrative and technical requirements of the job. Knowledge of Dynamic Route Optimization (DRO) is strongly preferred. Managers will be required to create routes utilizing DRO, create and publish employee schedules, monitor driver activity throughout the day, provide backup coverage to delivery drivers, oversee the maintenance of vehicles, respond to terminal inquires and concerns, train new employees and report to the terminal a minimum of 5 days per week.
Pay: $1,125 - $1,350 per week.
Work Hours: We operate six (6) days a week Monday - Saturday. Manager's work week will typically be 5 days per week. Saturdays are rotational amongst the team.
Managers will arrive at the terminal at 8am along with drivers and will remain on duty until routes are delivered.
