The Assistant Director of Talent Management serves as a key leadership role within the People and Culture Department at Total Care Services, Inc. & Everyday We Care, LLC. This position is responsible for supporting the strategic direction, development, and implementation of comprehensive people and culture programs and initiatives that align with the organization’s mission, values, and goals.
Working under the direction of the Director of People and Culture, the Assistant Director provides operational oversight and leadership across multiple people and culture functions, including personnel records, employee relations, performance management, compliance, policy development, organizational culture, and staff training and development. The position supports the effective staffing of growing programs and ensures that people and culture practices promote employee engagement, retention, and professional growth.
This role requires a seasoned people and culture professional with demonstrated experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations, a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations for the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and Georgia area, and the ability to design and implement scalable P&C systems and processes. The Assistant Director must possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Work Schedule: 8:30am- 5:00pm, Monday through Friday (flexible based on organizational need)
