LC State invites applications for the position of Alumni & Donor Relations Assistant.
- Associate or bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with database systems preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and carry office supplies (up to 15 lbs.) as needed.
- Frequent walking on campus delivering mail and running errands.
- Retrieve and distribute mail; run campus errands as needed.
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; restock as necessary.
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.

- Maintain donor and alumni database by updating biographical information.
- Enter and verify gift information with accuracy.
- Generate routine and ad-hoc reports as requested.
- Prepare and process thank-you letters and other correspondence.
- Assist with donor stewardship reports and mailings.
- Assist with alumni engagement activities.
- Provide logistical support for event planning and coordination.
- Perform basic marketing and promotional tasks related to events and alumni activities.
- Assist with general duties related to the Foundation Board, including preparing materials and providing administrative support as needed.
