What We’re Looking For


We're hiring an

Administrative Assistant & Customer Support Representative to support our growing team. This is a hybrid role-part administrative operations, part customer support-ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


This is

not a remote position. The role is in-office, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM at our Wesley Chapel headquarters.


Key Responsibilities


  • General administrative support across departments (Marketing, Ops, and Leadership)
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry and document management
  • Assist with campaign management tasks and marketing operations
  • Work on account-level tasks, often with sensitive customer data
  • Manage and respond to customer support tickets through helpdesk platforms
  • Research and compile detailed information for internal and client projects
  • Follow up with clients and assist account managers and implementation specialists
  • Coordinate across internal teams to keep projects and tickets moving forward


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 2+ years in an administrative, operations, or support role
  • Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new tools
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) or Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Capable of handling sensitive customer information with discretion
  • Comfortable with structured task platforms like Jira, Trello, or Monday.com (a plus)
  • Positive, team-first attitude and a strong sense of accountability


Bonus Points For


  • Experience in a SaaS, marketing, or tech-based company
  • Background working in digital campaign operations
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, support ticketing, or account management tools
