Yard Associate

This full-time position will focus on duties such as stocking the yard area, warehouse areas, shipping and receiving of products, loading/unloading trucks. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with an opportunity for overtime during the busy season.

• Stocking, receiving, pulling, and staging all yard/warehouse products.
  
• Loading, unloading, and securing product for customers, delivery vehicles, and inbound trucks.
  
• Keeping yard area neat and organized.
  
• Operating Forklifts in outdoor environments.
  
• Focusing on safe work practices, such as wearing PPE, proper lifting techniques, etc., while performing daily duties and using company equipment.
  
• Other related duties as assigned such as receiving etc.
  

• Basic computer knowledge and Internet use
  
• Forklift experience helpful, not required
  
• Ability to lift 75 pounds; 50 pounds on a repetitive basis
  
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is helpful, but not required
  
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $19.00 to $23.94 per hour. SRS/Heritage considers multiple factors including job related knowledge, skillset and experience when determining the final salary.
