We are seeking a experienced ranch hand/ general caretaker to join our team. Must have at least 2 years prior horseback riding experience. Housing will be provided on the ranch which consists of a 1-bedroom unit, bathroom, laundry unit, and kitchen. In addition to being a paid wrangler, the ranch hand will be required to complete daily chores. A ranch vehicle will be available for errands, chores, and some personal use. This position will be from September- till January or February

As a Wrangler/Trail Guide, you will be responsible for leading trail rides, ensuring the safety of both riders and horses, and maintaining the overall quality of our facilities.
- Lead guided trail rides, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
- Saddling
- Handle and care for horses, including grooming, feeding, and monitoring their health.
- Maintain trails and riding areas by performing regular inspections and necessary upkeep.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as required to support various operational needs.
- Greeting guest
- Assisting guest with getting on and off the horse safely
- Use of power tools
- General maintenance and chores
- Running errands
- 2 Years horseback riding a must
- 1 year as a wrangler or trail guide
- Previous experience in animal handling is highly desirable, particularly with horses.
- Ability to perform physical tasks that include heavy lifting and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
