Summary


We are seeking a production-oriented supervisor to guide and support our team of wall panel fabricators. This will be a working supervisor position, therefore in addition to the supervisoral duties of the role, this individual will be expected to be involved in the fabrication process of the wall panels. This role will involve, but not be limited to: managing safety compliance, leading and supervising the team and daily operations, coordinating tasks and managing work flow, quality control of the work, training and development of new hires, and communication with the wall panel design team.

Requirements


  • Strong working knowledge of all production areas and related equipment
  • Ability to assist with technical questions related to construction process
  • Knowledgeable on processes in the shop
  • Strong communication skills for in-person, as well as via phone and email
  • Knowledgeable about residential and commercial construction
