Core Responsibilities of Entry Level Wireless Sales Representatives:


  • Demonstrate working knowledge of wireless products and promotions by delivering one-on-one presentations to prospective customers, in a face to face setting, emphasizing features and benefits
  • Establish rapport with customers by actively listening and providing quality solutions to their wants and needs
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by collaborating with senior Wireless Sales Representatives to identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process
  • Uphold a high level of customer service, ensuring customer loyalty and retention
  • Attend regular performance evaluations to discuss areas of improvement and advancement opportunities aligned with personal interest and skillset
  • Keep track of personal sales metrics and customer interactions to share information and updates on local territories


Key Qualifications of Entry Level Wireless Sales Representatives:


  • 0-2 years of experience in inside or outside sales, customer service, customer retention, and related fields
  • Willingness to travel nationally and locally for company-funded events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Results driven with a competitive spirit
  • Confidence in public speaking, with the ability to simplify information creatively and concisely
  • Positive and vibrant personality while working with co-workers, customers, and management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize client objectives
