We are hiring and training a Wireless Customer Service Trainee to manage the sales and customer accounts throughout Dallas and the surrounding boroughs. The Wireless Customer Service Trainee will be the face of our company and the Verizon 5G product rollout therefore, they must withhold and maintain a professional demeanor. As the Wireless Customer Service Trainee, you will be provided support from our training team and will be assigned to work with a more established Client Account Manager. The Wireless Customer Service Trainee will be responsible for their assigned region and must collect data and strategize day by day.
