The South Central Los Angeles Regional Center (SCLARC) is seeking a skilled and proactive
Windows System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows-based environments, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for maintaining secure, efficient, and reliable systems. This role is critical in supporting our infrastructure, ensuring uptime, and implementing best practices across our IT operations.This position works closely with the MIS Manager and Network Engineer to plan and deploy new systems for the agency and troubleshoot and remediate software, hardware, and network problems. This position also serves as an escalation point for the HelpDesk team. The ideal candidate will be organized and able to work with minimal supervision. This position also develops documentation for the HelpDesk team and reference materials for the agency; good communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders are a must.
