Your Building Centers is a 100% employee owned company with 23 retail & manufacturing facilities located throughout central Pennsylvania. At YBC we install many of the products we sell, and our growing company is looking for an experienced Window and Door Installer to join our team.
Our ideal candidate is experienced installing both new construction and replacement windows, as well as both man and patio-type doors, and has a background in carpentry.
Note: All applicants will have to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening before any employment offer can be extended.
- Strong communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Aptitude for resolving issues.
- Uphold a professional demeanor and presentation.
- Proficient in installation of windows and doors.
- Collaborative team member.
- Run a window and door installation project from start to finish along with our sales staff.
- Work well with the customer and respect their property.
- Report back to the Installation Services Manager on a daily basis.
- Maintain a clean and safe vehicle and work area.
