We are expanding our wellness centers! Join our growing teams using advanced red light therapy, nutrition coaching, and lifestyle programs to help clients achieve weight loss and total body transformation.
We are hiring a Sales & Wellness Consultant to guide clients through our proven red light weight loss system, perform non-invasive treatments, and close high-ticket packages designed for real results.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct wellness consultations and body assessments with new leads
- Educate clients on Dahlia Red Light Therapy, weight loss plans, nutrition, and fitness
- Perform red light treatments using advanced equipment
- Use our lead generation funnels to book and follow up with potential clients
- Present customized plans and close high-value sales packages
- Maintain client records, progress tracking, and appointment scheduling
- Provide an exceptional client experience in a warm and encouraging environment
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in sales, wellness coaching, fitness, or similar
- Comfortable closing high-cost plans and motivated by commissions
- Passion for nutrition, fitness, wellness, or weight loss coaching
- Energetic, personable, outgoing, and goal-driven
- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic computer/CRM proficiency (we provide training)
Compensation:
- $23/hour during 90-day training period
- After 90 days, choose:
- Option 1: $26/hour (no commissions)
- Option 2: $23/hour + 10% commissions on all sales
Schedule:
- Full-time, 35-40 hours/week
- Monday-Friday, with some evening availability
