Wellness Attendant in our Boca Raton location.This is an ideal role for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the wellness industry and work closely with clients in a supportive, calming environment.
- Welcome and guide clients through wellness therapies including red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBO), PEMF, cold plunge, and more
- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and personalized client support throughout their visit
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting facility (including light laundry and general tidying)
- Assist with therapy room setups and breakdowns, ensuring machines are functioning properly
- Stay curious and open to learning about the wellness services we offer
- Help answer client questions and contribute to a relaxing, professional atmosphere
- A kind, curious, and service-oriented personality
- Strong communication and people skills
- Dependable and comfortable with flexible hours (including occasional weekends or evenings)
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with light cleaning/organizing tasks
- No prior wellness experience required - just a genuine interest in learning and growing in this field
