Well Service/Driller - Aaqua Drilling in Joliet, MT

This position is responsible for well completions of domestic, industrial and agricultural water wells as well as completing all water well service calls in a timely manner.

• Driller/Well Service
  

+ Advanced knowledge about drilling water wells in all types of soil and weather conditions

+ Drill water wells, install water well pumps and motors including basic electrical work

+ Working knowledge of water well drilling equipment operation

+ Operate other equipment as needed for job

+ Monitor the performance of equipment and document

+ Fill out equipment inspection sheets and hand in weekly

+ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment

+ Complete all required paperwork/daily reports and work orders in timely manner

+ Willing to work demanding hours when needed

+ Turn in time card every Monday by 8:00 am with customer/job and number as needed

• Work Hours: Monday - Friday and Saturdays as needed

• Communication: 24 hour turn around on all customer emails, texts or phone call responses
  

Water Well Driller must maintain or be able to possess a well drillers certification as well as a high level of competency in water well drilling. Must possess or be able to possess a Class A CDL license. Be able to follow instructions from customers and communicate competently about water well installation. Having an advanced working knowledge of drilling equipment is a must. The Driller must be mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot equipment, pumps and motor problems in yard as well as on job site. Able to read and write the English language. Water Well Driller must be able to communicate effectively with management.

Must be detail oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking, managing several projects at one time, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, ability to adapt, take direction, and learn new systems and processes as needed. Committed to client satisfaction with a high regard for others and completing tasks on time. Must be proficient in communication skills and demonstrate those skills and abilities.
