Key Responsibilities:

Welding and fabricating parts according to blueprint specification. The welder will fit and weld steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metal parts using a MIG/TIG/FLUX and/or Stick process. Set-up, adjust and prepare punch/laser combinations of jobs.

• Joins and repairs metal and other welding materials; using appropriate welding techniques: MIG/TIG/STICK/FLUX
  
• Utilize measuring equipment such as tape measures, rulers, calipers, micrometers to ensure quality work
  
• Measures, marks, and scribes� dimensions and reference points on materials or workpiece as guides for welding
  
• Verifies conformance of finished workpiece to blueprint specifications, using precision measuring instruments
  
• Operates and observes to detect malfunctions or non-conforming conditions and adjusts machine controls as required
  

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical knowledge and manufacturing experience
  
• Proficiency in welding

Pay: $28 to $33 per hour
