We're seeking a data-driven Website Specialist to be the architect of our website's performance and conversion excellence. If you live for A/B testing, possess a keen eye for user experience, and have a knack for transforming website visitors into valuable leads, this role is for you. You'll be instrumental in optimizing pages and forms, meticulously testing and refining every element to ensure a seamless, high-converting journey to make contractors heroes! • Own and Optimize Conversion Rates: Design, implement, and rigorously analyze A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, forms, and key website pathways to significantly enhance conversion rates.
  
• Form Optimization Expert: Build, test, and iteratively improve various form formats and field combinations to maximize submission rates and lead quality.
  
• Landing Page Development & Enhancement: Create, optimize, and maintain high-performing landing pages tailored to specific marketing campaigns, ensuring clear calls-to-action (CTAs) and persuasive copy.
  
• Precision Tracking & Analytics: Implement and manage robust channel tracking, including UTM parameters and event tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to provide deep insights into user behavior and campaign effectiveness. Align GA4 data with HubSpot dat
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our Designers, Brand, and Marketing teams to align copy, visuals, and user experience (UX). Understanding the full customer journey from customer marketing to customer experience. Driving recurring impact.
  
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement on the website based on data, user feedback, and industry best practices.
  
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously research and experiment with new CRO methodologies, tools, and website optimization techniques. You have to love what you do - always be learning.
  
• AI Supersuit: Are you using AI as a super suit for your role? Max your efforts and shorten your processes. AI is a guiding principle in the JobNimbus marketing team to 100x our effort together.
  

• 3-4 years of dedicated experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) with a strong portfolio of successful tests and measurable results.
  
• Proficiency with Webflow and Optimize
  
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for comprehensive data collection and analysis.
  
• Familiarity with conversion psychology and user behavior principles.
  
• HTML/CSS skills for implementing and troubleshooting tests and minor website adjustments.
  
• Project management skills-you can take an optimization project from concept to execution and analysis.
  
• A truly data-driven mindset-you base decisions on evidence and are comfortable working with performance tracking and KPIs.
  
• Excellent collaboration skills-you thrive in cross-functional teams and can effectively communicate technical requirements and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
