About Relentless Digital: Relentless Digital is a fast-growing agency focused on digital growth for contractors, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies. Our core services include building high-quality websites, local SEO, and conversion optimization. With our rapid expansion and increasing client demand, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Website Project Manager to join our team.

Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 annually, based off of skill level

Applicants must live and be authorized to work in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with urgent website migrations, DNS changes, name server updates, and server troubleshooting.
  
• Provide client-facing, white-label and nonwhite-label support for websites, domain, and hosting-related issues.
  
• Support website build orders, revisions, and other website specialist responsibilities to ensure quality, meet deadlines, and maintain client satisfaction.
  
• Perform content and compliance quality checks for accuracy.
  
• Help manage and organize website-related tasks in project management tools.
  
• Coordinate with clients, developers, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in website project management
  
• 2+ years of Wordpress hosting and migration support.
  
• Basic understanding of SEO.
  
• Strong understanding of name servers, advanced DNS management, and troubleshooting hosting issues.
  
• Strong knowledge of WordPress website builds and maintenance.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.
  

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has extensive experience managing DNS.
  
• Understands whitelabel domain and email hosting services.
  
• Has experience managing multiple website projects simultaneously.

• Has experience with project management tools such as ClickUp or similar.
