Waterproofing Laborer
We are a growing, family-owned basement waterproofing company looking to add to our installation teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and take pride in the work they do. We are looking for individuals who are interested in growing with our company. This position is the backbone of our organization and integral to our success.
Job Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation back and forth to our Pitcairn, PA office.
- Ability to comfortably lift 50 pounds. Being physically fit is recommended as you will be lifting heavy materials and using stairs to access most work areas.
· We want someone who has construction experience and wants to help us grow as a team.
· Your day will begin at 7:30 am .
· You will work with a team
· You will learn waterproofing, structural work, and foundation work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Use hand tools and power tools (jack hammer, hammer drill etc.) on a daily basis.
- Prepare trucks each morning with all necessary materials needed for the job you will be working on.
- Understand the scope of each job and complete the job tasks assigned to you.
- Know how to or be willing to learn basic plumbing skills and concrete finishing.
- Ability to listen well and follow instructions closely.
- Perform set up and clean up tasks at the work site.
- Dig and back-fill trenches/holes when necessary.
Those with prior basement waterproofing experience will start at a higher pay rate. Our company offers paid time off after a probationary period and bonus pay opportunities.
