Hunt Advantage Group is seeking a
Warehouse Specialist to work with the team in our Paris, KY, warehouse. The Warehouse Specialist selects product and loads trucks, moving product between the loading dock and the warehouse and moving product within the warehouse. This position will primarily be in a Freezer environment (80%) but may operate in Dry and Refrigerated areas at times.================================
- Receive and inspect daily and weekly shipments of product and other miscellaneous items from vendors and other sources.
- Ensure accuracy of items received against Bill of Lading.
- Rotate all product in freezer and other storage areas (FIFO).
- Responsible for participating in weekly and monthly inventory.
- Ensures proper upkeep and maintenance of warehouse, items inside warehouse and warehouse grounds.
- Communicate with appropriate individuals about shipping shortages before the load reaches its destination.
- Operate and maintain fork trucks according to OSHA standards and procedures.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as requested.
- Picks orders and places on pallets or in staging area for shipping.
- Other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrated customer service ability.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work in multi-temperature environment, i.e. cooler, freezer and dry
- Legal Age: 18 years old
- Education or Equivalent Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Function Specific Experience: 1 to 2 years� experience
- Certification/License Requirements:
+ Valid Driver’s License
+ Fork-Lift Certification is a plus
- Travel: Less than 5%
- Work is performed in area that is adequately lit and ventilated.
- While performing the duties of this position, the team member is exposed to heat/cold during support of position activities.
- Ability to enter the cooler and freezer thereby being subject to cold temperatures for extended periods of time.

- Must be able to push/pull up to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to operate various forklift equipment.
- Must be able to step up into and from the back of a truck, 3 feet from ground, repeatedly throughout the day.
