Warehouse Receiver

The Warehouse Receiver is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments in a timely and accurate manner. This role ensures that all materials and products are accounted for, properly labeled, and stored in the correct locations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
  
• Verify packing slips and purchase orders against received items.
  
• Accurately log received items into the inventory management system.
  
• Label and tag items according to warehouse standards.
  
• Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods.
  
• Organize and store received items in designated warehouse locations.
  
• Assist with unloading trucks and moving goods using pallet jacks or forklifts.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving area.
  
• Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
  
• Perform deliveries on an as needed basis.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
  
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or receiving role preferred.
  
• Experience with inventory systems and barcode scanners is a plus.
  

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs.)
  
• Intermediate computer skills (email, inventory software, spreadsheets).
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
  

• Class A or B Driver�s License
  
• Forklift Certification
