Warehouse Ops Supervisor / CPL Warehouse

Cold-Link’s warehousing network has a new 200,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility in Ellisville, Mississippi and we are actively recruiting an experienced Warehouse Supervisor. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, the Warehouse Operations Supervisor will initiate, direct, coordinate and monitor individual and team activities that promote the highest levels of Customer Service and Continuous Improvement in our Key Performance Areas - Safety, Quality, On-Time Performance, Productivity, Profitability, and Team Development.

• Primary oversight and accountability for an assigned Warehouse Team of Leads and Material Handlers.
  
• Creating and maintaining the optimal Safety environment
  
• Planning, organizing and execution of daily receiving, storage, shipping, inventory control, and other value-added services.
  
• Results-oriented, maximizing individual and team performance, productivity, and development.
  
• Continual driving to attain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  

• High School Diploma required, college or trade school education preferred.
  
• 4+ years of hands-on leadership experience in warehousing and distribution
  
• Food grade operations & various forklift truck and warehouse experience
  
• Experience in cold storage.
  
• Proven success of leading in a team safely in a service environment
  

• Core working hours are Mon-Fri and Sun-Thurs but in rare emergency situations must be available for team support as needed.
  
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  
• Must have an acceptable driving record according to Company guidelines.
  
• Ability to be in a multi-temperature warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from outside ambient to -20 degrees F. Cold-Link provides cold weather gear for staff members.
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,000.00 per year
