- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts (certification required)
- Move and stack pallets using electric and manual pallet jacks
- Pull, stage, and load outbound orders
- Work in and out of freezer and cold storage areas
- Perform basic maintenance on forklifts and equipment
- Keep warehouse organized and clean
- Monitor inventory and report shortages
- Communicate with team to meet production and shipping deadlines
- Forklift certification
- Physically fit - able to lift 40+ lbs and stay on feet for long periods
- Comfortable working in cold/freezer environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
- Must speak English
- Spanish-speaking is a major plus
- Willing to submit to a background check if requested
- Experience in food manufacturing or warehouse leadership
