Warehouse Lead Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations within our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of warehouse management processes. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures.
  
• Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing training, guidance, and support to foster a productive work environment.
  
• Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
  
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in shipping, receiving, and logistics operations.
  
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to manage inventory and streamline operations effectively.
  
• Collaborate with e-commerce teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  
• Manage shipping and receiving functions, including coordination with third-party logistics (3PL) providers as necessary.
  
• Conduct regular audits of warehouse processes to identify areas for improvement and maintain high standards of quality.
  

• Proven experience in warehouse management or as a warehouse supervisor, with a strong understanding of logistics operations.
  
• Familiarity with inventory control practices and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  
• Experience in process improvement methodologies within a warehouse setting is highly desirable.
  
• Proficient in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment; certification preferred.
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and collaboration across departments.
  
• Knowledge of e-commerce operations is a plus, along with experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
