As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice that greets every client and patient. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
We are looking for a qualified candidate that loves to help pets and people. We are open 7am to 6pm Monday through Friday.

Duties will include greeting our wonderful clients and patients, answering phone calls and scheduling appointments, scanning documents into patient files, checking in appointments, taking payments, keeping the front desk clean and organized, and giving lots of love and treats to our patients.
