Our Verizon Sales Representative team operates in an atmosphere of innovation and strategy. In this role, you will serve as the direct point of contact between Verizon and its customers by answering questions, providing value, and ensuring a great experience.


Verizon Sales Representative Responsibilities:


  • Clearly explain the features and benefits of Verizon�s wireless products and services
  • Compare Verizon's offerings to local competitors to build customer value
  • Engage in face-to-face, residential sales with customers in assigned local territories
  • Guide new and existing customers through the sales process from product education to closing
  • Address customer questions using your knowledge gained through regular training
  • Report sales activity, customer feedback, and territory insights to management
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet shared sales goals and performance benchmarks


What We're Looking For In A Verizon Sales Representative:


  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or account management role preferred
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail
  • Great communicator with a positive, team-focused mindset
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and goal orientation
  • A genuine interest in helping customers find solutions that fit their needs


Additional Details:


  • Employment Type: Full-time, W2 employee
  • Compensation: Commission-only
  • Average earnings range from $40,000 to $50,000 per year based on performance
  • Sales Environment: Face-to-face, residential sales
  • Location: Not a remote position. Candidates report daily to our Phoenix, AZ office and travel within assigned territories
