friendly, professional, and service-minded Vehicle Sales Consultant who takes pride in helping customers find the right vehicle-not just pushing for a sale. - Listen to each customer�s needs and offer vehicle options that match
- Educate customers on vehicle features, warranties, and financing options
- Follow up via phone, email, and text with interested customers
- Schedule and manage test drives and appointments
- Provide world-class customer service from start to finish (and beyond)
- Collaborate with your team and leadership to meet sales goals
- Maintain detailed notes in our CRM to support ongoing communication
- A passion for helping people and a genuine desire to serve
- Professional, coachable, and motivated attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable learning new technology and using digital tools
- Valid driver�s license and clean driving record
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus-but not required
- Weekly draw + uncapped commission
