The Utility worker is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas, including dishwashing, waste disposal, and equipment upkeep. The role supports overall kitchen operations to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, able to work in a fast-paced setting, and physically capable of lifting up to 50+ lbs regularly. Prior kitchen or food service experience is preferred. Strong teamwork, communication, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards are essential. Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
