We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Caregiver to join our team at our assisted living home in Conroe TX. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. If you have a passion for helping others and creating a positive environment for seniors, we would love to hear from you!Schedule would be Friday - Sunday 38 hrs a week
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a warm and engaging atmosphere.
- Monitor residents for changes in health, behavior, or mood, and report concerns to appropriate staff.
- Help residents with mobility and physical therapy exercises as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment, including light housekeeping duties.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, adhering to dietary restrictions and guidelines.
- Administer or assist with medication management under supervision.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents and staff.
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with care and professionalism.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for senior care.
