- Applicant must be dependable, work well with geriatric population and their families, problem solve, have leadership qualities, and cooperate and communicate with others. .
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
- Provide appropriate nursing services and education to clients.
- Observe, record, and reports to the appropriate person any symptoms, reactions and changes in a client�s condition.
- Chart nursing notes in an informative and descriptive manner reflecting the care provided and the response to that care.
- Participate in report at shift change.
- Maintain complicacy with the Minnesota Department of Health regulations.
- Attends and participates in staff in-services and meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong verbal skills and ability to communicate concepts in simple format.
- Flexibility to meet a variety of changing priorities
- Computer literate.
- Must have an RN license.
- CPR and first aid certified..
