Dave’s Tree Service is hiring a skilled and motivated
Tree Care Crew Foreman to lead a team in providing high-quality tree care services. This is a full-time, year-round position based in Moore County, NC, with a Monday-Friday schedule. Weekends are usually free, supporting a healthy work-life balance.In this role, you'll play an important part in maintaining and improving the health and appearance of trees on our client's properties. - Lead and manage a tree crew with safety and efficiency as top priorities
- Perform and supervise pruning, tree removal, climbing, rigging, and general tree care
- Operate tree care equipment, including aerial lifts, mini skid steers, and grapple trucks
- Communicate with sales and office staff regarding job progress and changes
- Maintain a team-oriented environment and deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment
- Mentor and train less experienced crew members
- Minimum 2 years of tree care experience (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of crew management experience (preferred)
- Skilled in climbing, pruning, rigging, and chainsaw operation
- Knowledge of natural and directional pruning techniques
- Physically fit and capable of working in all weather conditions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license (required)

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
