Position will participate in / lead projects and reports to the Sr. Manager, Treasury. The Treasury Analyst will also act as backup for Treasury Cash Management functions related to 7-Eleven, Inc. (SEI), 7-Eleven Canada, Speedway, and SEI Fuels.
- Lead / participate in cost-saving and efficiency projects
- Prepare reports or analysis as needed for Management
- Assist in integration efforts associated with the Speedway Acquisition
- Bank Fees optimization
- Process improvement projects
- Prepare bank service charges budget (includes bank fees for ~13,000 stores)
- Analyze monthly bank service charge budget versus actual results and analyze discrepancies
- Assist with semi-annual / annual internal and external audits
- Build relationships with our many external banking partners and internal teams
- Work with Bank Accounting Team to concentrate cash from depository banks for investments
- Prepare 7-Eleven Inc. (SEI) cash position
- Prepare SEI cash forecast
- Perform analysis comparing actual cash position results versus forecast
- Work with business partners to enhance accuracy of the cash forecast
- Backup Cash Management role for US and Canada operations
- Build relationships with main Corporate Banking Partners
- Handle ACH Positive Pay for all 7-Eleven related entities
- Work with banks for issuance and cancellation of letters of credit as needed
- Develop knowledge of FIS Treasury Management System
- Develop knowledge of Oracle EBS
- Liaison between IT and TMS Vendor for any upgrades or ad-hoc issues
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Treasury
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI
- Experience in leading and coordinating projects
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and meet critical deadlines
