CORE VALUES are Excellence, Accountability, Collaboration, Efficiency, Innovation, Integrity, and Perseverance.We are looking for a hard-working individual with extensive apartment/building maintenance experience that is willing to travel across the Midwest and South regions of the country to perform various maintenance duties at AFI-managed assets.
An extensive travel requirement as frequently as 100% of the time will be expected for this role. This individual will be responsible for assisting with unit turns, completing emergency maintenance items, troubleshooting recurring issues, coaching/leading onsite staff, and any other items that may arise. - Plumbing and drain issues
- Light electrical work
- Light carpentry/flooring repairs
- HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and installation
- Able to fix standard apartment appliances: Fridge, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, etc.
- Prompt resolution of other resident work orders
- Base salary of$60,000/year
- Extensive Project Completion-Based Bonus Opportunities (~10,000/year +/-)
