Crossroad Services, the leader for in-store service and project execution, has an immediate position for a Traveling Fixture Installer and Merchandiser. The candidate should be willing to work flexible hours to perform new store set up and renovations in Home Improvement Retailers. This position offers up to 40 hours per week during assigned projects and is based on the candidate’s availability to travel and projects in area.
- Set up store fixtures; pallet racking, gondola, shelving & peg hooks
- Set up merchandise displays
- Execute merchandise set-up to planogram
- Creative merchandising in absence of existing planogram
- Stock and price merchandise
- 8-hour shifts up to 40 hours per week during assigned projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with each location�s store management
- 1-2 years of retail experience preferred
- General knowledge and usage of hand and power tools
- High attention to detail
- Self-starter/highly motivated
- Ability to travel with overnight stays for extended periods of time
- Planogram literacy preferred
- Ability to lift, push, pull, carry, or move up to 50 pounds
- Perform tasks that involve standing and walking for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach and twist
- Mandatory pre-employment drug test and background check
- Must possess a valid driver�s license and clean driving record
- Must have reliable transportation and current auto insurance
- Must be willing to share a hotel room
- Flexible hours up to 40 hours per week during assigned projects
