Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Training Manager to join our team.


JOB DESCRIPTION

This role involves crafting training programs, offering mentorship to the training team, and fostering a dynamic learning environment. This position will excel in both strategic leadership with stakeholders and hands-on training delivery, encompassing creating materials, facilitating classes, and giving guidance. Additionally, the role entails evaluating outcomes and feedback to enhance our training initiatives and identifying further areas for development.


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor�s degree in related field.
  • Four (4) years of experience developing and delivering systems or software training programs.
  • Certified Technical Trainer or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in delivering top-tier training services within a bustling and intricate setting.
  • Essential capacity to adeptly interact with solution vendors, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Eagerness to cultivate an in-depth comprehension of voter registration and election management solutions.
  • Skill in conducting compelling remote learning sessions via Microsoft Teams.
  • Capability to travel to distant locations for in-person training sessions.
  • Proficiency in adhering to directives, prioritizing tasks, and orchestrating a timetable to furnish training services aligning with project milestones.
  • Ensuring an optimal learning experience for users.
  • Ability to discern and cater to end user training requisites across various levels of seniority and technical proficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, offer clear and effective consultation and communication, both verbally and in writing, and foster positive relationships conducive to a collaborative work atmosphere.
  • Demonstrate readiness and capability to adapt working hours as needed to fulfill obligations.
  • Possess comprehension of and adeptness in applying the most suitable contemporary training standards and methodologies.


DESIRED SKILLS


  • Familiar with Learning Management Systems and Zendesk
  • Proficiency in simulation software development
  • Content developer and instructional designs
  • SharePoint administration


DUTIES


  • Assess comprehensive training needs to plan, prepare, and roll out a training program for a new voter registration and election management system.
  • Organize and promote training schedules with the various counties.
  • Develop and deliver programs of learning activities.
  • Prepare for delivering course materials.
  • Instruct users on an individual or group basis.
  • Learn the system usage patterns based on user stories and course materials to serve as a key resource for system users.
