We are seeking a Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the US. This role is pivotal in enhancing our workforce's skills through effective training programs that align with our company's mission of delivering quality products. The Training Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training strategies that foster employee growth.
· Associate or Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Teaching, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
· Experience in training coordination, facilitation, or adult education.
· Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
· Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and lean manufacturing principles.
· Ability to manage multiple training projects and deadlines.
· A well organized and self-directed individual who is "politically savvy" and a team player.
· An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.
· A good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentor

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.·
OSHA 10/30 Certification is a plus·
Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt is a plus·
Train the Trainer certification is a plusAbility to read, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
