Position Summary:

The Employee Training Coordinator supports the growth and development of employees by coordinating and delivering engaging training programs that align with company goals and values. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for leading new hire orientation presentations and facilitating safety and job-specific training. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you’ll help foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and open-book thinking by ensuring training is consistent, impactful, and accessible to all employees.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers and department leads.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs (e.g., onboarding, compliance, technical skills, leadership development).
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials preparation, and location setup.
  • Maintain training records, attendance, and employee progress using learning management systems (LMS).
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and trainers as needed to deliver specialized training.
  • Support new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Update training content and materials to reflect policy, system, or process changes.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in training and development.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor�s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in employee training, development, or a related role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must be comfortable presenting to groups
  • Experience creating and managing training programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with LMS platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience delivering presentations and facilitating group sessions.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
