Summary of Position:
Responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established Company standards to deliver extraordinary hospitality. Includes food inventory control, food preparation, cleaning, cashiering, and fulfilling orders.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to handle general math
- Knowledge of food preparation, storage, sanitation, and commercial kitchen equipment (grill, fryer, ice cream machine, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse customer base in a positive and productive way
- Must be able to walk/stand for long periods of time and be in a fast-paced environment in close proximity to other people
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Frequent bending, twisting, lifting and squatting will be required
