We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tour Services Supervisor to lead our tour operations and enhance the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for customer service. This role involves managing tour logistics, guiding tours, and ensuring that all participants have an informative and enjoyable experience.
- Oversee the planning and execution of tours, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead and guide tours, providing engaging commentary and insights to enhance visitor understanding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors, attractions, and partners to create memorable tour experiences.
- Train and mentor tour guides to ensure high standards of service and knowledge are upheld.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and time management for all tours to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote tours effectively through various channels.
- Proven leadership experience in a managerial role within the tourism or hospitality industry.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Exceptional time management skills to balance multiple tours and responsibilities efficiently.
