We are seeking premiere early childhood teachers who are professional, understand age appropriate behaviors and the importance of structure and quality communication. As teachers who will spend their day with children, it's important that our teachers and staff understand the importance of building positive relationships with children and their families along with being able to have positive classroom management guidance.

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a licensed preschool or early childhood center
  
• Must have strong communication skills
  
• Must be able to work with others
  
• Must have an understanding of child development and child behaviors
  
• Must have a valid CPR certification
  
• Must pass a criminal background check
  

Responsibilities

• Manage classroom activities and ensure a conducive learning environment.
  
• Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to students' needs and abilities.
  
• Utilize effective communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
  
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support academic growth.
  
• Incorporate innovative teaching methods to enhance learning experiences.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational program.
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
