Fayetteville Montessori School is seeking a caring and dependable
Afternoon Assistant to join our toddler program. This part-time position involves supporting toddlers aged 12 to 18 months during the afternoon hours, helping to maintain a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment.- Assist lead teachers with classroom activities and supervision
- Help with diapering, snack time, naptime routines, and clean-up
- Interact with children through age-appropriate play and conversation
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the classroom
- Work collaboratively with staff and communicate effectively with parents as needed
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with young children preferred but not required
- Must be available Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Dependable, patient, and enthusiastic about working with toddlers
- Must pass background check and meet state licensing requirements
