WE ARE GROWING and are looking for a candidate who will attend, conduct, and facilitate the closing of residential real estate transactions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS of this role will be to explain all documents at the closing table - notarizing necessary documents, provide an interesting, educational and positive closing experience to Buyers/Sellers, Realtors, Lenders. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, reliable, polished and professional in appearance with excellent verbal and written communication skills, who possesses a positive, outgoing personality, and has the ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner with grace. This high-volume company is eager to add another dependable, highly-motivated member to the team. Experience preferred, but not required.THIS ROLE REQUIRES TRAVEL THROUGHOUT NEW HAMPSHIRE.
