TikTok Live Technical Support

Key Responsibilities:

1. Comment Management:

-Monitor and manage comments during TikTok live streams.

-Respond promptly to audience questions and comments.

-Filter out inappropriate or disruptive content to maintain a positive environment.

2. Viewer Engagement:

Work closely with the live stream team to enhance viewer interaction and boost saleActively engage with viewers, encouraging participation and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

3. Product Demonstration:

• Assist in demonstrating and showcasing products during live streams.
  

• Provide real-time product recommendations to viewers.
  

4. Sales Support:

• Support sales efforts by highlighting key product features and promotions.
  

• Ensure a positive shopping experience for all viewers.
  

5. Customer Service:

Manage and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback received through direct messages.

Prioritize and organize messages for timely responses.

Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized solutions.

Collect customer feedback and insights to aid in product and service improvement.

6. Live Stream Coordination:

Prepare the live room setup, confirming schedules, product strategies, and scripts with the host.

Ensure all live streaming equipment is functioning properly.

Qualifications:

• Language Skill: Proficiency in English is essential, as you will be required to communicate with external customers in English
  
• Computer Skill: With basic computer skill such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Quick typing skills are essential for managing comments.
  
• Experience: Prior experience in assisting with live streaming, user-generated content platforms, hosting, or performing on social media platforms or customer service is a plus. Familiarity with TikTok and other social media platforms is beneficial.
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with viewers and responding to questions.
  
• Personality: Outgoing, energetic, and with a passion for interacting with people and studious.
  
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Availability to work flexible hours to reach a diverse audience. Ability to adapt to different situations, respond to viewer feedback, and adjust content accordingly.
  

7. Teamwork: A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with the host, content creators, marketers, and other stakeholders.
