Standard Office Systems of Atlanta, a Flex Technology Group Company, is seeking a Service Desk Technician Tier I to work out of our Duluth, GA headquarters who is motivated to support our growing Managed IT clientele and has a genuine desire to help improve local businesses through technology. The hourly pay range for this role is $18.50-$20.50.

Keep Responsibilities:* Assessment, escalation and resolution of client issues in an efficient and timely manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and communication
  • Documentation of all technical steps taken during troubleshooting and any necessary next steps as well as time spent with client
  • Work and communicate effectively will all levels of the Managed IT Department


Target Requirements:* Windows 10/11 experience (1 year minimum required)
  • Networking experience (1 year minimum required)
  • Active Directory/Azure Active Directory experience (1 year minimum preferred)
  • CompTIA Network+ certification (preferred)
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues
  • Basic understanding of network environments and workstation operations
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Solid Organizational skills
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older and possess a valid drivers license
